Iams Home 4 The Holidays

We have an exciting video to share.  Iams partnered with the Talking Animals Channel on YouTube to create this video of a classic song performed by singing pets video solely for the Iams community! Every Like, Share and View means another meal donation for homeless pets in our shelter network, so please pass it on ASAP. Iams will announce current results later this week.  Iams already has found loving homes for more than 750,000 pets and donated more that 1.6 million meals so far!

Iams Home 4 the Holidays has grown to become one of the most successful pet adoption and shelter-support campaigns in the world. The program began in 1999, in San Diego County’s Helen Woodward Animal Center, which spearheaded the effort with the support of Iams. Our partnership has continued to this day. Although the campaign is based around the holiday season, our support of pet shelters, rescues, and owners is maintained throughout the year.

Please help us continue the momentum and share this Iam’s video!  Iams Home 4 the Holidays is an annual pet adoption campaign that takes place between October 1, 2012 and January 2, 2013.  2012 marks the program’s 14th year of fighting pet homelessness and feeding orphaned animals.
There are many ways to get involved through adopting a pet or helping feed an animal, including: online Digital Dish Drive (meals will be donated to homeless pets through Likes and Comments on the Iams Facebook page), Friends 4 Life program (consumers who sign up can help designate which shelters should receive food from Iams) and Bags 4 Bowls (buy a bag of Iams pet food and a meal will be donated to an orphaned pet).

Since there are as many as 8 million orphaned pets in the U.S., it is crucial to help spread the word about the importance of pet adoption.

This year, be sure to “Like” the Iams Facebook page  and visit www.Iams.com to stay up on the latest adoption numbers and for easy ways to get involved and help orphaned pets, including details about pets available for adoption, fun ways to donate meals to pets in need and quick access to informative content and tips.
