Live Long. Live Happy. LiveFree. With Dogswell®

A HOLISTIC LINE OF ultra low glycemic, grain & potato free FOOD FOR DOGS

When it comes to nutrition, it makes no difference if you have two legs or four. In order to live life to the fullest, a body needs good, healthy fuel;  not junk.

We are a household of health-conscious eaters and that transcends to our pets, as well.  So, we were thrilled when the folks at Dogswell® offered us the opportunity to sample their LiveFree® ultra low glycemic dog food.  What sets Dogswell LiveFree® Dog Food apart from others?  It’s packed with a boatload of premium  protein with zip, zilch, zero grain and potato fillers. The ultra low glycemic natural formula is made from responsibly-raised ingredients with the #1 ingredient being protein.

A glycemic rating under 55 is considered low – Dogswell LiveFree® dry food recipes range from 9-11 and canned food ranges from 3.5-3.6. Maintaining a low glycemic diet prevents spikes in blood sugar levels and supports slower digestion and sustained energy.  What’s the secret?  Dogswell® ditched the potatoes and grains and replaced them with chickpeas and some good ‘ol fashioned know how.

DogswellBaylie

We tried Baylie on the Dogswell LiveFree® Adult Turkey Recipe and the Adult Chicken Recipe.  Not only did she love it, we were pleased that she experienced no tummy issues during the transition.  All Dogswell®  dry food recipes are mixed with proprietary DigestiBits™ which contain pumpkin, eggs, prebiotics, probiotics, and 11 antioxidant-rich fruits & veggies to deliver digestive fiber.  In other words, it keeps things running smoothly but yet is easy on the digestive system.

In the early stages of life, pets need high levels of vitamins, minerals and other nutrients to ensure proper growth.  Given that Baylie is still in her formative years as a young adult pooch, it gives us peace of mind knowing that we are feeding her a high quality food packed with just the right nutrients to give her a good start to a healthy life.  A nutritious, balanced diet is essential to keeping our dogs healthy.

5Reasons

The nice folks at Dogswell® have offered to give a 25-pound bag of Salmon  Recipe Adult Dry Dog Food to one lucky BaylieDog reader.  The Salmon recipe is made with wild caught Salmon and contains the same high quality LiveFree ingredients as the other dry recipes.   Easy entry in the below Giveaway Tool.   Good luck!

We would love to try Dogswell because we want the best for our dog. We want food that is nutritious and healthy for our girl.

I would love to dry Dogswell to see how a change in diet affects Molly. She had dry fur and sheds a ton, I’d like to see if a no corn diet would help with both of those some.

  • LyricInTime2803

I’d like to donate it. I’m comfortable with the foods my dogs are on, and I still have a hard time trusting the Dogswell brand. But I know my local pet food pantry would appreciate it.

I have five rescued Treeing Walker Coonhounds, and they eat quite a bit of food. I don’t know too much about their pasts, since they are all rescues, but I know from the condition a couple of them were in that they didn’t get the healthiest start in life. I’m trying to add healthier food to their diets and I’ve heard great things about this food.

  • RitaMeow

I want to win cuz my pup loves wild caught salmon!

  • Ruckus the Eskie

I would like to win this for my cousin’s dog!

  • Linda Szymoniak

At least three of my five rescued Treeing Walker Coonhounds had rough starts in life and didn’t get healthy food for the first couple of years of their lives. My Kyoko had almost been starved to death, and now she’s downright chubby. I’m working on finding a healthy food that doesn’t give her more calories than she needs, and Dogswell sounds great.

  • Linda Szymoniak

I’d love to give my dogs the chance to try this food.

  • Linda Szymoniak

I’ve been reading about pet nutrition lately, and have been working on cutting things like wheat and corn from their diets. I think they’d really like Dosgwell food.

  • Linda Szymoniak

I like that Dogswell is made in the US, since there have been so many problems with treats and food imported from places like China. I prefer giving my dogs food that is produced in the US.

  • Linda Szymoniak

I want to give my dogs the best food I can. That’s why I would love to try them with Dogswell dog food.

  • RitaMeow

I would like to win to give my puppy the opportunity to try one of the great new dog foods that are out there! She deserves the best!

  • Linda Szymoniak

This food sounds great – no corn, wheat, etc., plenty of vitamins, and right now it’s so important that it’s made in the good ol’ USA (too many treats and such coming from China are getting dogs sick and even killing them).

id liek to see how my best friend / doggy likes it
